1. Acceptance of Terms

hyph77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service following such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activity on hyph77. This age restriction is mandated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is strictly enforced.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The hyph77 Service is intended exclusively for residents of the Republic of the Philippines. Users accessing the platform from outside Philippine territory do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

hyph77 reserves the right to restrict access to the Service from certain jurisdictions at its sole discretion, and to require additional verification from users whose location or identity cannot be reliably confirmed.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order from using online gaming services;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to hyph77 during registration and thereafter is true, accurate, current, and complete;
• You will not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the hyph77 Service, you must create a personal account by providing accurate registration information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the hyph77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person (referred to as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, hyph77 requires all users to complete identity verification before full account functionality, including withdrawals, can be accessed.

You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification documents including but not limited to:

• PhilSys ID (Philippine Identification System)
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine Passport
• Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, etc.)

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by hyph77 may result in restricted account functionality or account suspension.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any One-Time Passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service;
• Never share your password, OTP codes, or login credentials with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent hyph77 customer support;
• Immediately notify hyph77 of any unauthorized access to or use of your account;
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

hyph77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

3.4 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if your circumstances change, particularly with regard to contact information and payment methods.

Providing false, misleading, or outdated information may result in account suspension or termination, and may constitute a violation of Philippine law.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hyph77 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

• GCash e-wallet
• PayMaya (Maya) e-wallet
• Bank transfers from BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands)
• Bank transfers from BDO (Banco de Oro)
• Bank transfers from Metrobank
• USDT (Tether) cryptocurrency (subject to availability)

All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) or the equivalent in supported cryptocurrencies. hyph77 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits vary based on your selected payment method and your account status (standard, verified, VIP tier, etc.).

You may set personal deposit limits within your account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased for a period of 24 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your hyph77 account are from legitimate sources and are your own funds, not borrowed or obtained through any illegal activity.

hyph77 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds as part of AML compliance procedures. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and funds being held pending investigation.

4.4 Processing Time

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your hyph77 account instantly. Bank transfers may take between 15 minutes to 24 hours depending on the issuing bank's processing procedures.

hyph77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond hyph77's control.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Process

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the Cashier section of your hyph77 account. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete or if suspicious activity is detected.

Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited under PAGCOR regulations and AML law.

5.2 Withdrawal Limits

Standard accounts have a minimum withdrawal amount of ₱500. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier:

• Bronze Tier: ₱50,000 per transaction, ₱200,000 per month

5.3 Processing Time

hyph77 aims to process withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating conditions. Bank transfers typically complete within 2 to 4 business hours, subject to the receiving bank's internal procedures.

Certain withdrawal requests may be subject to manual review for security and compliance purposes. Such reviews typically conclude within 24 hours but may take longer if additional documentation is required.

5.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must:

• Complete full KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents;
• Have deposited funds using a payment method registered in your own legal name;
• Meet any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses or promotions;
• Have no outstanding disputes, investigations, or bonus abuse flags on your account.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

hyph77 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Additional withdrawals within the same month may incur a processing fee of ₱50 per transaction.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

hyph77 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible users from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are published alongside each promotional offer.

You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms applicable to any bonus you claim. Failure to comply with bonus terms may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings can be withdrawn. Typical wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion.

For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ₱20,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Live Casino (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10-20% contribution
• Sports Betting: Varies by odds (typically 50-100%)
• Bingo: 100% contribution

6.3 Bonus Abuse

hyph77 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;
• Using deposit reversals, chargebacks, or payment disputes to reclaim deposited funds while retaining bonuses;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes;
• Using betting patterns or strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk;
• Any other activity that hyph77 reasonably determines to be abusive or undertaken in bad faith.

Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently closed without refund of any remaining balance.

6.4 Bonus Cancellation

You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, the bonus amount and any winnings generated from the bonus will be removed from your account, leaving only your original deposited funds (if any remain).

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on the hyph77 platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers whose Random Number Generators (RNG) and game algorithms are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories including iTech Labs and Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).

hyph77 does not control, manipulate, or have the ability to influence game outcomes. All results are determined randomly and fairly in accordance with the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game.

7.2 Game Malfunctions

• Initiating chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in bad faith;

8.2 Account Abuse

8.4 Money Laundering

hyph77 operates a strict Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy in compliance with Philippine law. Any use of the platform for money laundering purposes, including but not limited to depositing funds with the intent to withdraw without wagering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your hyph77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

You may not close your account while there are pending withdrawals, unresolved disputes, or active investigations into your account activity.

9.2 Termination by hyph77

hyph77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion. Reasons for account termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of any term or condition contained in this Agreement;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery of duplicate accounts or underage gaming;

• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement;
• Prolonged account inactivity (typically 12 months or more).

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account:

• Your access to the hyph77 platform will be immediately revoked;
• All active bonuses and promotional offers will be forfeited;
• Any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to hyph77 (fees, chargebacks, etc.);
• You must cease all use of hyph77 branding, logos, and promotional materials;
• Sections of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and intellectual property provisions) shall remain in effect.

In cases of termination due to fraudulent activity, breach of terms, or bonus abuse, hyph77 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and to pursue legal action for recovery of damages.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

hyph77 makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

hyph77 does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
• Any errors in the software or platform will be corrected;
• The platform will be compatible with all devices, browsers, or internet connections.

10.2 Third-Party Services

The hyph77 platform integrates with third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification systems. hyph77 is not responsible for the performance, availability, security, or terms of service of any third-party provider.

You acknowledge that interruptions, delays, or errors caused by third-party services are beyond hyph77's control, and hyph77 shall not be liable for any resulting losses or damages.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, hyph77 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Loss of opportunity or anticipated winnings;
• Business interruption;
• Personal injury or emotional distress;
• Costs of procurement of substitute services.

In no event shall hyph77's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service exceed the amount you have deposited into your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless hyph77 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of this Agreement;
• Your violation of any law or regulation;
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Any fraudulent, negligent, or willful misconduct on your part.

10.5 Force Majeure

hyph77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor strikes, internet outages, government restrictions, or natural disasters.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the hyph77 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of hyph77 or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the hyph77 platform without prior written consent from hyph77.

The hyph77 name, logo, and all related product and service names are trademarks of hyph77. You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of hyph77.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and hyph77.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or such other arbitration body as agreed by the parties.

The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, hyph77 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the hyph77 Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding relating to this Agreement or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
